Spotlight On: Patrick the Animatronic Elephant

Through the help of crowdfunding, special effects artist Beau Townshend aims to build a life size animatronic Sumatran elephant for the purpose of raising funds and awareness for the endangered species its based on.

Beau plans to take Patrick on walks through various cities across the UK such as Brighton, Bristol, London, Norwich and many more to spread awareness on the plight of the Asian elephant who's numbers have drastically declined in recent years due to loss of habitat and poaching.
